A method of evaluating the hydraulic conductivity of soil mass only using the data of electrical resistivity investigation is presented. The relationships of θ-ρ and θ-Φ of ground mass are assumed as the Van Genuchten function. The resistivity variation is used to calculate the degree of saturation S_r~(obs) of soil, the value of test coefficients α_i and β_i of θ-Φ curve can be determined by inverse analysis of groundwater flow F.E.M in reference of data S_r~(obs). The analysis results of an example showed the suitability of this method.
