摘要

This paper presents an Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) model for scenario study to evaluate alternative power generating technologies in power development planning. Model is composed of fours layers from objective of integrated interest to scenario layer of possible solutions. Four power generation techniques are selected for possible solutions. Criterions are selected as economical cost, environment requirement, social effects of resource utilization and energy structure. One example case is solved by the model and analyzed by sensitivity for constructing cost and fuel cost variation. Results show its ability to assist decision-making in power planning.
