摘要

Based on electrothermal principle and heat transfer theory, calculation formulas of electro-heat parameters for direct resistance-heating appliance are deduced in this paper. Working voltage can be confirmed by the parameters of the end of the heating. Heating-up time can be calculated by cut and try method. The measures of increasing power factor, electrothermal efficiency and decreasing specific electricity consumption are proposed. They can be used to design and control for direct resistance heating appliance.
