摘要

SMV static mixer is best suited for gas absorption. Numerical simulation of the flow field is carried out by the popular Fluent code. The distribution of the turbulent energy dissipation rate is obtained. The mixing pool enhances the dissipation rate effectively. The average of the dissipation rate not only determines the diameter of bubbles and the interfacial area, but also is related to the renewal frequency in the surface renewal mass transfer model. The water absorption of gas is studied in theory.
