Investigating Optimization Model of Heater Oil Pipelining Operation

By investigating the way of pipeline operation, the optimization model of pipeline operation is found and the best optimization rule is lowest cost. Analyzing the structure of pipeline system and logical configuration of operation blue print, the optimization model of pipeline operation can be solved by two subproblems, one is temperature optimization, another is pressure optimization. In the course of temperature optimization, pump operation scheme of every station must be given, heating furnace scheme of every station, inlet temperature of oil and outlet temperature of oil can be got with the way of dynamic programming. In the course of pressure optimization, inlet temperature of oil must be given, pump operation scheme of every station, inlet pressure of oil and outlet pressure of oil can be got with the way of dynamic programming. Through resolving the two subproblems, the optimization operation scheme of oil pipeline can be got. Using this way to solve the problem of optimization operation in Chang-Ji pipeline, once giving the flux, the best pump operation scheme of every station, heating furnace scheme of every station, inlet and outlet pressure of oil, inlet and outlet temperature of oil and the best" cost can be got. The result indicates that it is effective way to solve the problem of pipeline optimization.
