Strategy for Rolling Delay of Reheating Furnace

摘要

The dynamic mathematical model of continuous pusher reheating furnace is established in this paper. Based on the quantitative analysis of the effect of heating schedule on discharging temperature during rolling delay, a principle of uniform reduction is proposed. For different delay time, the optimal strategies have been obtained using the method of multi-object gray state decision-making. The results of simulation indicate that this principle of uniform reduction makes the heat distribution along the hearth more uniform. It can not only save the energy as much as possible, but also increase metal quality.
