摘要

This paper introduces the structure of a new pattern stainless steel multilayer corrugated tube. Through testing the heat transfer performance and contrasting it with that of straight tube, it analyzes the mechanism of intensifying heat exchanges. Through contrasting and analyzing the actual operation data of the corrugated tube exchanger and tube-shell exchanger, it proves that the corrugated tube heat exchanger not only is an element that can efficiently intensify heat transfer, but also has high endurance of pressure to avoid the inner leakage.
