Research on Fluidized Bed Drying Performances of Down

摘要

In this paper, the down drying performance is studied based on the fluidized drying technology, aiming at the requirements and features of down drying. Firstly, the experiment on the static drying performance of down is finished. Secondly, In order to make deeper understanding on the dynamic drying process, a fluidized drying experiment set-up for down is established, on which the drying experiments are conducted under various air velocity and temperature conditions. Through analysis on the experimental results, the optimal drying parameters such are determined, which establishes the technical basement for design and practical application of fluidized bed drying system of down.
