摘要

Study in detail the operating principle of the pneumatic spray air washer. The hydraulic impingement nozzle has many advantages such as difficult to jam, easy to disassemble, and can adjust nozzle's atomizing parameter. Simultaneously, on the basis of setting up simplifying mathematic model of washer, make thermal experiments on this type of air washer, and conclude primary factors that affect the quantity of spray-water and heat-transfer efficiency, and the best operation conditions. Practice proves that this type of washer is used well in the Third Northwest National Textile Factory, and possesses wide applied foreground.
