Hydrogen, the simplest common element in the universe possesses the highest energy content per unit of weight. Full utilization of the sources of Hydrogen results generating a continuous, viable, redundant and economic power as well as fuel, for the present and future global demands. Hi-technology systems are essential to minimize the carbon dioxide emissions reducing pollutions in the atmosphere largely. Fossil fuel devices induce the phenomena for climate changes and environmental variations on Earth's surface that are responsible for global warming. A novel conceptual design coupled with solar concentrator technologies, is designed and proposed for development, in harnessing hydrogen and electricity simultaneously. The salient features of the design and results achieved are presented in this paper. The concept of bidirectional utilization hydrogen gas, as a fuel and heat independently supplements the full functioning of the engine, in achieving continuous power generation with an estimated efficiency of 60%.
