In the recently open web environment, such as the internet, there is a high demand for technologies that provides content protection and distribution better than the existing technologies of firewall and encryption. This study aims to propose and materialize a new Multiple DRM set-up method, which is designed to exclusively systemize a content viewer, transfer content, and track an unauthorized user of content. For this, technologies involving transaction authentication, watermarking, and encryption are used to protect and manage intellectual property rights, in selling, purchasing, using, and circulating digital content. Additionally, what this study proposes is how to transfer content safely, and record the information on the user of content, using watermarking, through wavelet transformation, in preparation for content leakage. As a result, the source of content leakage can be traced, making it easier to protect intellectual property rights.
