Technologies for Small and Medium-sized AMOLED Display

摘要

In this paper, key issues for the entry stage of AMOLED production will first be discussed, and followed by TPO proposed technical solutions, which pave the way for the success of AMOLED business. The solutions contain methods for realizing higher performance with excellent FOS, reduction of fabrication cost as well as yield improvement and make full compatibility with liquid crystal display (LCD) market. Finally, TPO current and future status towards AMOLED will be described shortly followed by the prospect to enlarge the benefit of AMOLED.
