Polish-Free Process Approach by using Ultra Thinner Black Matrix for High Performance Liquid Crystal Displays

We developed the Polish-Free process and successfully fabricated the real panel of 19 inches SXGA sample by using ultra thinner and high optical density black matrix, while the contrast ratio was also increased by 5-10%, compared to the conventional color TFT-LCD.
