摘要

Catalytic membrane reactor for dehydrogenation reactions A <=> B+H_2 has been designed. Reactor is based on thermostable alumina ceramic porous tubes produced industrially. Catalytically active metal is deposited on external tube surface by magnetron sputtering. Such reactor can combine catalytic reaction and membrane separation of reactants and products. The separation occurs in membrane tube porous layer due to molecular weight difference. Preliminary experimental data are presented. Catalytic membrane reactor of this type can be used in gas and petrochemical industry for the processes in which dehydrogenation reactions are included: total efficiency of catalytic membrane process is increased by fast hydrogen removal and undesired reactions are reduced.
