In near future, no business organisation will exist in isolation rather, these will be highly coupled to the market and more and more close to its customers and suppliers. This paper describes a strategy for integration of three important management functions of a business organisation namely, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Whereas SCM and CRM are concerned with external aspects of a business firm, ERP deals with internal resource management within an organisation. A brief methodology is proposed for such integration and its relative merits and demerits are discussed.
