According to the features of tectonic-magmatism, Hu Shouxi et al. divided the Yans-hanian cycles into: early Yanshanian (J_1~J_3, 185~140 Ma), mid-Yanshanian (K_1, 140~100 Ma) and late Yanshanian (K_1, 100~70 Ma). No matter there exist different types of gold deposits in Jiaodong region, but the major metallogenic ages are basically the same. As mentioned above, the metallogenic ages of fracture zone altered rock type gold deposits (Jiaojia type) of Jiaojia-Xincheng Gold field are 120~105 Ma; auriferrous quartz type gold deposits of Linglong Gold Field are 120~110 Ma; Majiayao (quartz vein type) gold deposit that occurred in Jiaodong Group is 125~105 Ma, Muru metallogenic zone (quartz vein type) are 120~115 Ma, alteration type gold deposits (quartz vein type) that occurred in the marginal faults of Mesozoic volcanic basin are 123~110 Ma. The above age data all ranged in mid-Yanshanian period. mean while, in each major gold field, almost no exceptional example. We may find the superimposition of 90~80 Ma late period Au-Ag-polymetals mineralization. Those demonstrate, gold mineralization is not controlled by merely one or only local geologic event, and it is related with the deep seated geologic event that caused by Kula-Pa-cific plate tectonic movement.
