Emergency Event Signal Coding for Decision Support in Electrical Systems Control

One of the important tasks of control in modern Electrical Systems is development and implementation of intellectual control systems in emergencies with the purpose to increase the control efficiency of electrical networks. The initial stage of functioning the systems of emergency operation identification should be sufficient classification of operation modes of controlled object. As it is possible to expect that in various modes the tasks and models of control will be different. In Electrical Systems the optimum control tasks of flow reallocation at stationary (regular) modes are well researched and investigated. But irregular modes in networks are poorly classified; therefore available separate control models do not provide optimum control. New approach for record and storage of emergency processes signals in electrical systems based on a method of economical coding is proposed.
