XML-Based Knowledge Management for Software Development

摘要

Knowledge management techniques can improve the software development process through better management and additional use of information and knowledge used and generated in the process. Software development tools created with the extensible Markup Language (XML) can facilitate the use of knowledge management techniques. Also, XML-based tools allow for a loosely-coupled approach to a software development system. Only the tools necessary need be employed.
