摘要

A new theory on tuning-off degree in compensation network is adopted to realize direct measuring this key parameter of power network. With high precision, -the measuring error is not more than 0.56%; with good real-time property, the measuring procedure is less than 20 seconds. There are no interference between measuring equipments and power network and no special communication is required. The real-time inspecting and measuring system of network controlled by microcomputer is designed and can inspect and measure the tuning-off degree in a wide range of [-96%, 84%]. The system can communicate with the automatic-tuning mechanism so as to take corresponding protection measures to make power network operate safely.
