This article summarizes the application of power electronic technology more comprehensively. and looks forward to the prospects of power electronics. We may see: 21st Century's power electronic technology will develop toward high frequency, module, integration and intelligence. At last, this article puts forward the problem of environment protest in the development and application of power electronics. We may increase operation rate of electric energy. decrease the consumption of raw material, reduce harmonic wave and environment pollution, improve the wider application of green energy.
