In order to meet the client's various needs and make full use of the Internet network so as to fully expand the market for Steelhouse(Light gauge steel framing for housing) in Korea, we have planned for the development of a simulation system for the engineering and design automation of Steelhouse, as an alternative way to increase the market share of steel-framed housing. This research is a preliminary study for the development of a Web-based Architectural Simulation System (WASS) for Steelhouse, with the purpose of evaluating the effectiveness and potentials of the system.
