摘要

The spectroscopic characterization of sodium dodecylsulfate and avitone A for brightening and leveling cathode surface in the copper electrodeposition was studied. The analysis of Raman and infrared spectroscopy shows that Aviton A principally consists of saturated alkyl with sodium alkylsulfate and sulfonic group, and the Aviton A is presumed as some kind of mixture of sodium alkylsulfates with a lot of carbon atoms in different chains. The results obtained could provide valuable structure configuration for new variety of additives for copper electrodeposition.
