摘要

The WideView film developed and commercialized by Fuji Photo Film is reviewed. The WideView effectively compensates the birefringence of the on-state TN mode TFT-LCDs and allows excellent viewing angle characteristics. The WideView film is also applicable to the OCB mode, which is very promising as the next generation LCD TV.
