NOR Hindered Amines:A New UV Stabilizer Class for PVC

UV absorbers such as those from the hydroxyphenyl benzotriazole and hydroxy benzophenone class of compounds have a long history of use as UV stabilizers in PVC.They are especially well known for protecting products made from flexible PVC;products like patio furniture,window and door trim,greenhouse films,fencing,pond liners and the like.What is not so familiar is th euse of NOR hindered amines as UV stabilizers for PVC.
