摘要

The engineering geology condition of Chonggang landslide was discussed at first. Then the characteristic of the soil in sliding zone, including the composition indicated by the X powder diffraction test and the grain size analysis method, swelling and shear strength intensity given by the in-situ and in-door experiments, were summarized. Based on the analysis of the engineering geology condition, the simulating scheme and factors influencing the landslide formation were presented. By using the two dimensions FEM, the effects of the swelling force of the soil in sliding zone on landslide formation was studied. The result shows that the swelling force of soil aggravates the slope collapse, and the Chonggang landslide is a kind of retrogressive-translational landslide.
