摘要

In the past several years, low monol polyethers have been developed and offered to the adhesives and sealants formulator. Polyurethane prepolymers were made using polyethers containing various levels of unsaturation in an effort to determine the effect that monol has on the physical properties of filled and unfilled materials. This paper addresses how unsaturation and diol/triol ratios effect sealant tensile properties and how the formulator can make the best choice in low unsaturation polyol ratios to yield optimum urethane performance.
