OPTICAL MEASURING TECHNOLOGIES AND SYSTEMS FOR INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS

摘要

The optical measuring technologies and systems cover the R&D activity of TDI SIE SB RAS in the field of noncontact optical 3D sensing, 3D imaging and industrial dimensional inspection. The digital laser distance meter and novel methods and systems using structured illumination and low-coherence interferometry for measuring the geometrical parameters of objects are presented. The prototypes of the industrial measuring systems were developed. At the present they are exploited in atomic industry, car enterprise and others.
