Study and application of extraction method of fundus image parameters

摘要

In this paper, fundus images are pre-processed in order to enhance these images first. Then snake model is improved. The original snake control points are gained automatically and centripetal force is added to snake model. This improvement not only quicken the convergence speed during snake growing but also remedy the illness of the classical snake model. The contour of ocular disc and ocular cup of fundus image is extracted successfully using this new snake model and a satisfactory result is got.
