In the nearest future it is necessary to fulfil the main task on restoration and increasing of the rate of agroindustrial industries development in Russia in order to provide production security of the country, to fill agricultural market with products and raw materials, to improve financially paying capacity of farmers, to develop stability on rural territories.During the transition period the importance of information provision of agroindustrial industry infrastructure greatly increases. It is necessary to provide all APK subjects with prompt access to the wide range of information of their interest, which will help to gain their own economical goals. Stimulation of innovation processes and scientific - technical progress rapid development in the industry will depend on provision of access to information resources as well.
