This paper adopted the GA-ICT to satisfy the given desired conditions without a basic structure or restriction of the number of elements in two different frequencies and to generate Site optimum antenna for downsizing and reducing the number of elements by s completely deductive method. The GA-ICT results show that the new antenna configuration has an atray length of 0.28λ and 14 elements. The antenna artificially generated by GA-ICT using a completely deductive method is a novel dual frequency Yagi-Uda and has a mechanism different than previous dual frequency comer reflector antennas designed by inductive methods.
