On Government and Company in Development BtoC Model of E-business

摘要

Through the analysis on China's recent electronic commerce development of BtoC, this paper puts forward some proposals from the perspective of government and companies. The governments should strengthen its support in building of network infrastructure, as well as the universal computer education. And the companies should take profit making as their first goal by various forms of union and restructure which help to complement each other, share resources, realize scale of economy and thereby gain the mutual benefit.
