The Prospect of Electronic Commercial Development in China

Electronic commerce is facing the challenge of market in China now. The key fact to promote the development of electronic commerce is to find out the well knit between the electronic and traditional economy. In this text, we try to analysis the influence on electronic commerce from the effect of substitution and effect of income caused by wage rising. We find that it is the dynamic fact of electronic commerce, which can reduce the cost of trade, and the environment of electronic commerce is changing to be well. By the way, we discuss which aid should government offer to enterprise.
