STUDIES ON THE PERAMBULATED SOOT BLOWER BY STEAM IN AIR PREHEATER OF FURNACE

摘要

The furnaces to heat crude petroleum in refineries are usually provided with air preheater which includes heat pipe to transfer heat. The impurity and dust in gas always adhere to the pipe wall and fins. The paper describes the principle of the perambulated soot blower by steam, analyses the course of turning thermal energy of steam into kinetic energy of jet flow, establishes the blowing model and calculates the blowing capacity.
