摘要

Arc spray process is widely used for sacrificial protection of different construction pats, mainly for the deposition of aluminium and zinc coatings. This process is very attractive because of its low cost, simplicity of used equipment and high performance. However, a combined performance of sprayed coatings, such as their elevated corrosion and high wear resistance, is required for a variety of industrial applications [1]. An application of cored wires (CW) allows spreading the sphere of their use and to achieve, for example, high hardness 700…1300 HV and excellent abrasive wear resistant of the arc sprayed coatings [2-4]. Concerning the corrosion resistance, not only an alloying the CW only with Cr to the level higher than 13%, but also its distribution in the separate lamellas is important. Therefore the present work is devoted to developing of new wear- and corrosion-resistant materials on the base of cheap ferrous alloys as feeding materials for arc spraying.
