Internal tubular coatings provide a smoother and more consistent surface finish as compared to bare metal pipe surfaces allowing Ior improved flow dynamics that maximize the productivity and iixjectivity of downhole and surface piping systems. Through computer modeling, the production engineer now has the capability to accurately predict the true effect of surface roughness on a production or injection system. Through the use ot internal coatings, production colnpanies are now capable of extending the life of a reservoir and maximizing their production opportunities.
