As for building, a dimension varies in the design greatly. High dimension precision is required of the large tile of 6x900x1800mm, and it is important to correspond to the local dimension. So, it was carried out that the CO_2 laser of 2kW was used for cutting of the large tile.When a tile is cut,1) It is abundantly easy to cause be little ball of the glass so called dross.2) That a reversal and a movement are difficult for the large size.3) There is a fault such as the occurrence of heat crack due to rapid heating.wollastnite fiber of the inorganic material was added to the formation of the tile, and it succeeded in giving heat-resistance to the tile by this research so that might decrease the thermal shock of the tile to solve these problems. It became possible that precision was processed well as that result in such cases as limit corner-cutting of the opening and the outlet part as well. The part of the tile-joint of the tile becomes dirty easily. But, an eye area decreases drastically due to the completion of the large tile, and cleaning and control of maintenance could be made easy, too.Furthermore, though it was damaged, a thing learned to supply it by keeping the program of cutting.
