The Committee met on November 13, 2010 at the Minneapolis Hilton Hotel in Minneapolis, Minn., from 8:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m. There were 57 members and 88 guests present. Dr. Nick Striegel was introduced as the co-chair of the committee. USDA, EPA and ARS responses to 2009 CAEM Resolution on Animal Mortality Disposal and Decontamination were confirmed to be favorable. Dr. Gay Y. Miller, Professor, Department of Veterinary Clinical Medicine, University of Illinois presented a time-specific paper on Triggersfor FMD (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) Vaccination.
