STUDY ON HOT BLAST STOVE WITH EFFICIENT DOUBLE-PREHEATING SYSTEM

摘要

In order to satisfy the demand for high temperature blast Anshan Iron and Steel Group Co. has developed a new process, additional preheating heat-exchange system only with low calorific value blast furnace gas. The system consists of a externally fired preheater used blast furnacs gas as heating medium and two large recuperators and some facilities. The new system is able to preheat air and gas up to 270 deg C and 240 deg C respectively. The hot blast temperature is raised by 80 approx 100 deg C. The coke oven gas of 3000 m~3/hr was saved and the dramatic economic profit is obtain as well.
