As the aged society is coming, the households of aged husband and wife or solitary elderly people are increasing very rapidly. It is important social task to keep healthy condition of them. It has another social merits for the government and local government because social medical care cost for elderly people is increasing very rapidly. It is effective countermeasure for keeping the health condition of the elderly people to gather their daily health data like as blood pressure, and to take proper treatment for the people whose data shows irregular condition. The Home Health Monitoring Instrument has been developed for health care of these elderly people at home. The systems have been adopted and installed in many local governments and or hospitals etc. all around Japan. This paper introduces the function of the system and experiences of the application.
