摘要

The solvent extraction and ion-exchange method including extraction recovery, purification and concentration of Cr(VI) from industrial waste waters with its following purification from impurities of extractant by sorption on the activated carbon and cation-exchanger and recycling of obtained Cr(VI)-containing solutions into main production cycle are worked out for purification of industrial effluents: sludge of monochromate production, sludge ponds waters or waste waters, industrial mother liquors, etc. The suggested method gives possibilities to purify Cr(VI)-containing solutions up to permissible level of Cr(VI), to concentrate its up to technological concentrations and to recycle obtained solutions into main chromium (VI) compounds produced cycle without reduction of Cr(VI) to Cr(III). The application of method for recovery Cr(VI) from sludge of monochromate production, waste waters, industrial mother liquors, underground waters are presented.
