摘要

The properties of laser cladding layer of high temperature alloy and WC ceramic were discussed. The laser produced had a uniform structure and excellent bonding with substrate and were free of pores and cracks. The effect of transition layer and gradient layer in laser alloying of cobalt-nickel alloy were analyzed. The oxidation resistance, wear resistance, toughness, hot strength and hardness of transition layer were characterized following melting of cladding layer by CO$-2$/ laser. The some significant experimental results were given.
