All-metal CO2 laser excited by switching power

摘要

An all-metal CO$-2$/ laser is presented in this paper. A new electrode configuration is used and a high frequency discharge between two dielectric electrodes is used to obtain uniform stable glow discharge in a volume of 6 $MUL 6 $MUL 446 mm$+3$/. Some experimental results are presented in this paper and the laser output power is 12 W.
