摘要

Thermal coagulation of biologica tissue leads to a significant change of the scattering coefficient. We use continuous wave transillumination techniques to monitor this change process of rat liver in different constant temperature (55~95 °C). To our knowledge, this is the first experiment about dynamic investigation. Based on light intensity measured, the change of scattering coefficient as a function of time is deduced, which show that this method is valid to monitor thermothrapy.
