EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF THE BURNING BEHAVIOUR OF MINE CONVEYER BELTS BY CONE CALORIMETER

摘要

This paper is mainly about the measurements of burning behavior of conveyer belts by cone calorimeter. Because non-flame-retarded conveyer belts and flame-retarded conveyer belts are used widely in coal mines of China, both non-flame-retarded conveyer belts (CR) and flame-retarded conveyer belts (PVC, PVG) are tested at different radiant heat flux levels. Heat release rate (HRR), CO yield, CO_2 yield and specific extinction area (SEA) curves are obtained during the test.
