In this paper we present several efficiency and accuracy improvements to the precorrected-FFT accelerated Stokes flow solver, FastStokes. Accuracy was improved by deriving analytic formulas for required integrals of Stokes equation Greens functions, cpu time was reduced by nearly a factor of three by replacing nine scalar convolutions with a more efficient "vector" convolution, and both memory and cpu time were reduced by replacing a collocation-based projection scheme with a transposed polynomial interpolation scheme.
