By the turn of the century, it is expected that mobile users will wish to access wide-band multimedia services, such as those provided by fixed networks. Considering LEO Mobile Satellite System, as a result of the abominable propagation chanel environment, especially multi-path effect and large Doppler frequency shift caused by the relative moving between satellite and a terrestrial mobile, modeling the channel accurately is essential in order to optimize the design of radio mobile satellite system.
