Agile Manufacturing and its Evaluation Through Principles of System Engineering

Agile manufacturing is the development direction of present manufacturing enterprises in the world. This paper aims at helping them to self-measure and self-improve in order to shorten their development process. In this paper, a model of agile manufacturing is presented first. Then we analyse the essential elements influencing agility of agile manufacutirng enterprise, based on which using fuzzy assessable methods and layer analytic methods in System Engineering to measure agility of enterprise And the measurement theories and methods are focused on.
