Dutch national policy for the construction of underground facilities

As a distribution country, the Netherlands have to enhance its accessibility. Its cities have to remain liveable, dynamic and attractive. At the same time the pressure on the environment has to be reduced. The effectiveness of the consumption of space in the Netherlands can be enlarged if during the planning of projects the third dimension is taken into account.
