We present a new class of fiber ring resonator gyro with a two-coupler ring as sensing element which can be used as monitoring and simulative setup of integrated optical gyro (MOG) for the way of design is in agreement with MOG. According to the experimental results and further analysis, resolution of approximately 10 deg/hr can be reached as the two-coupler ring structure is used as a gyro system with the couplers of splitting ratio approximately 9:1, insertion losses $LS 0.1dB, length of 10m of the ring and closed-loop operation satisfied. THis setup lessen the losses and simplified by reducing the number of couplers in traditional ring system.
