The Application of Pneumatic Conveying to Environmental Protection Engineering in Metallurgical Enterprises

In the environmental protection engineering of metallurgical enterprises, it is a difficult problem for long time how to convey mud with large specific gravity, poor flow property and low containing-water ratio. This paper presents a new method about mud conveying - pneumatic conveying. It discusses mainly the flow pattern of mud in the course of pneumatic conveying and judging method. The steps, main points of design and all kinds of parameters about pneumatic conveying are expounded as well.
